Drink Oolong Tea And Get The Benefits Of Oolong Tea



Oolong tea is one of the most popular types of tea, especially for Chinese society. Benefits of oolong tea will be obtained if is consumed or taken regularly. As is known, like most teas, oolong tea is also only through the fermentation process is very simple, thus making oolong tea has the aroma and taste similar to a combination of green tea and black tea. Health benefits that can be derived from oolong tea include heart health, overcome digestive disorders, lowering cholesterol levels, helping drive the growth of bones and teeth, as well as strengthening the immune system.

Benefits of oolong tea can be demonstrated in a study conducted in 2010. In that study, the researchers found that those who drank oolong tea or consume routinely and regularly, have a lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, such as stroke and heart disease. The study involved 76.979 adult respondents, aged between 40-79 years old, and the early course of a study conducted, the respondents did not have cancer, heart disease, or stroke. Research shows that those who routinely and regularly drink coffee without caffeine and green tea or oolong tea, have a lower risk of heart disease, compared to those who did not drink coffee without caffeine and green tea or oolong tea. In previous studies, the result prove that oolong tea can act as anti-oxidants and can keep cholesterol levels in the blood.

Benefits Of Oolong Tea
If done by the standard of care, the benefits of oolong tea can be obtained by those who suffer from type 2 diabetes, and according to the results of a study conducted in 2003, proved that after drinking approximately 1,500 ml of oolong tea per day for 30 days, patients with diabetes decreased blood sugar levels, while patients with diabetes who do not consume a similar drink, did not experience a decrease in blood sugar levels. The study involved 20 people with diabetes, and all of them use the drug in accordance with hyperglycemia.

Other studies proving the benefits of oolong tea. In other studies, it is evident that oolong tea can be used by those who want to maintain a normal weight, or by those who want to lose weight due to excess body weight. The study was conducted in 2009 and involved 102 respondents who have a problem of excess body weight. From the research results, the researchers concluded that oolong tea can boost  the metabolism of the body working, so it can burn more fat, and can eventually lose weight

Respondents in the study were asked to drink oolong tea regularly every day for six consecutive weeks. The result, 64 percent of respondents who have problems with obesity and 66 percent of respondents who are overweight, losing weight can be as much as 2.2 kilograms. As many as 22 percent of respondents as a whole, can lose weight more than 6.6 kilograms.
