from type 2 diabetes, and according to the
results of a study conducted
in 2003, proved that
after drinking approximately 1,500
ml of oolong tea
per day for 30
days, patients with diabetes decreased blood
sugar levels, while patients with
diabetes who do
not consume a similar drink, did not experience a decrease in blood sugar levels. The study involved 20 people with diabetes, and all of
them use the drug in accordance with hyperglycemia.
Respondents in the study were asked to drink oolong tea regularly every day for six consecutive weeks. The result, 64 percent of respondents who have problems with obesity and 66 percent of respondents who are overweight, losing weight can be as much as 2.2 kilograms. As many as 22 percent of respondents as a whole, can lose weight more than 6.6 kilograms.
